RED Asset Management, Inc., (RAM), oversees all facets of the property management process for RED's existing and future property portfolio. This includes an existing portfolio of 3.8 million square feet of retail space and several million square feet of retail planned to open in the next 18 months.

By handling this important operational responsibility itself, RED is more actively involved in daily operations; creates processes and procedures relevant to each property, tenant and investor; actively engages on-site employees; and maintains strong relationships with our tenants throughout the life of a project which is key to ongoing success in the industry.

RED Asset Management provides a comprehensive suite of services for its portfolio. Property management functions handled by RAM include: on-site management and operations; on-site maintenance; on-site marketing; on-site customer service; financial reporting; property accounting; tenant relations; lease abstracts; CAM administration; vendor contracting and coordination; and other tasks and responsibilities associated with the daily operations of RED's shopping centers.
