RED Asset Management was formed in 2004, with the specific task of operating, marketing and managing shopping centers developed by RED Development, LLC. In 2007, RED Asset Management (RAM) began managing centers for third party owners. Today, RAM brings an owner’s perspective to its management of over 9 million square feet of retail.
