The Shops at Norterra is a 350,000-square-foot lifestyle center featuring specialty retailers and junior anchors. The Shops at Norterra is located in the rapidly expanding north Phoenix area known as the Black Canyon Corridor, adjacent to the USAA corporate campus.

The Shops at Norterra creates a village-like atmosphere with abundant pedestrian walkways. Tenants include a movie theater, domestics products, an electronics store and clothing stores. These retailers are supported by other tenants including sit-down and fast casual restaurants, service and traditional convenience users, specialty and “lifestyle” tenants, and other retailers typical in town center and lifestyle center projects.

The Shops at Norterra is a joint venture between RED Development, LLC and USAA Real Estate Company.
